@Optus Now he’s trying to upswell a post paid. Now I see the problem. @optus “create” an issue with pre paid, don’t solve, then try to upswell post paid.

Looks like there is an issue with @Optus prepaid. They didn’t auto charged my wife’s plan. Trying to solve the issue, an @optus_help expert just gaslighted my wife very disrespectful. Shame on you @Optus
