@makemytripcare It's already been a long time. I need an immediate solution for this.. without my Authorization the ticket was cancelled and neither any alternative was provided. I need to travel urgently so provide me with an alternative as early as possible @makemytrip @indigo

@IndiGo6E As per telephonic assurance provided by airlines, we have not received any written reply via mail or any other sources.

@freopay @freopay every time getting the same reply that we have informed the team but not a single action is being taken to rectify the bugs.. those charges need to be reversed back at the earliest. I am not able to use anything

It's been 3 weeks since I have settled bill but still they are charging late fees and no action is being taken inspite of so many mails.. no proper customer support team and no response even after providing all the details @freopay @MoneyTapApp

@freopay It's 2 weeks since I settled bill but team denies it.paymnt z not reflecting in my https://t.co/gEpiCF3iL1 they are chrging late fees The app has so many bugs that hardly the settlemnt option comes and when giving them proof paymnt neither of the support team revert back

@freopay Till now no action has been taken by the team [email protected] and they are going on charging undue late fees where the repayment has already been done.. The bugs in the app has still not been resolved.. I am not able to do any transaction. Worst customer service @freopay
