Nothing is 100% specific in morphology but “Psammoma Bodies” get pretty close to that number for “Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma”. I have seen them rarely in Hashimoto thyroiditis and others have described them in lesions, such as, benign papillary hyperplasia, Graves’, etc.
