A lot of young people are battling with depression silently and it's not even about relationships. They just want to win. May God heal whatever is hurting you.
No one really warns you about this part of adulthood where you start to feel homesick, not for a house, but for a moment in time. A version of life that doesn’t exist anymore. A place you can’t return to, and a feeling you didn’t know you’d miss so much until it was gone.
The biggest EMPLOYMENT LESSON..
1. HR is not there to protect you. They are there to protect the company.
2. Document EVERYTHING.
3. Food is not a reward for hard work.
4. Do the bare minimum, or you'll get rewarded MORE work.
5. Use them sick/ vacation time/ PTO.
6. Everyone is replaceable.
7. Keep them emails.
8. Your family is more important than any job.
9. Some of your coworkers secretly hate you.
10. Never stay at one job longer than 4 years unless the pay increase is substantial.
11. Don't let them promote you in title but not in compensation.
12. Keep your personal life private. Do not overshare
I actually don't want to climb any corporate ladders. I don't care about job titles. I don't need accolades.
I just want to have income to fund my lifestyle, not be depressed, help other people, and be around good humans.
CANCER… is not what you think.
They told you cancer is genetic.
They told you it’s your own body attacking itself.
They told you your only hope is chemo.
But what if that story is a lie?
Here’s the truth about cancer they never wanted you to know.

Only 4 days to go!
Every year, the world unites for the 16 Days of Activism Against GBV — a global call to action to protect the rights, dignity, and safety of women and girls.
This year, we spotlight a rising threat: digital violence.
Under the theme UNiTE to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls, we are amplifying awareness, demanding accountability, and building safer online spaces for every woman and girl.
Let’s stand together, speak out, and #OrangeTheWorld.
The countdown is on. 💪🧡

Lakini tupewe break East Africa
Eish
We can’t all be suffering like this
I pray for Kenya, I pray for Tanzania, I pray for Uganda and I pray for Sudan
May we all find liberation
It’s enough 😭
If we do not act, Kenya will be as horrible as Uganda and Tanzania now. Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo must be released by the Government of Uganda, and brought back home by the Government of Kenya.
My brothers let me bring to your attention this ;
While we were all mourning Raila Odinga, William Ruto quietly signed 8 controversial dangerous Bills into law.
Among them:
National Land Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2023
Land (Amendment) Bill, 2024
Wildlife (Amendment) Bill, 2023
Computer Misuse & Cybercrimes (Amendment) Bill, 2024
National Police Service Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2024
Air Passenger Service Charge (Amendment) Bill, 2025
Virtual Asset Service Providers Bill, 2025
Privatisation Bill, 2025
These aren’t harmless.
They give government power to spy, silence Kenyans and sell govt assets
The Cybercrimes Bill can let them shut your account, and the Privatization Bill opens the door to selling public assets, quietly.
While the nation was distracted, Ruto moved fast.
Ask yourself, why the rush?
Why now, when all eyes were elsewhere? 8 bills assented in one day
Kenyans, stay awake
They think we are sleeping.
We are not.
Ruto must go
Mnataka niseme nini na Ruto has signed into Law,
A Bill that allows him to shut down pages and jail bloggers for ten years?
It's only proper that I allow you people to MOURN in peace,
This is not the time for Tea
But next time I tell you, your wife is pregnant, buy diapers
