@mozzaev On top of the "sorry we dont have the standard range available so you will need to take the performance version instead" tactic. I lived in it for 24 hours haha
@PaulNissanEV I think this will be the make or break of nissan EVs. With the reviews I have seen so far I can honestly say I think it will make them. They just need to nail the battery and charging this time round
@mozzaev@ukevowners@KateFantom@_james_gee_@ecocars1@eV_Newt In my old job I fell just outside of it to qualify. I wish they would make the finer details clearer though from the outset. Glad you can make use of it as I know you can't charge at home
@mozzaev@ukevowners@KateFantom@_james_gee_@ecocars1@eV_Newt Yeh I think the scheme is fantastic but realistically it's only available yo those who can already afford the car to start with. The lower earners tend to miss out on all the savings like off street chargeing etc
@KateFantom@YouTube Exactly. All the barriers that come with the nissan leaf is now easily overcome due to the basic ev architecture of the car and the great work being done by people like Dala to reverse engineer the software to make it happen
@sarah_go_green@mummybearbakes I had it happen once before and starting the charge again then stopping it sorted the issue. It's the equivalent of turning it off and on again haha, a big hammer never fails either though
@mummybearbakes@sarah_go_green Try restarting the charge and then stopping it again. You can press and hold the lock button on the keyfob to see if that unlocks. Try pushing the charger in further incase it's jammed. Try starting the car without pressing the pedal and off again. A big hammer
@ecscheme What's the minimum you need to earn annually to get a car on salary sacrifice? My bet is if you can get a hestpump on salary sacrifice then you can already afford one without help.
@TheSolarShed I average around 4.2 miles/kWh on mixed roads in the summer, around 3.5 miles/kWh in winter on the same roads but that's my driving style. A little more conservative and you could see 5 miles/kWh
I always drive in eco and B when going downhill for extra regen
