@bethanyjbabcock A normal sewage pump will work just fine if you’re already careful what gets put in the toilet because of the septic. In that situation you can get away with just a small collection tank and the pump without needing controls and dual pumps.
Also compost toilets have come far.
@KevinEspiritu Great post!
The Bionitrient Food Association has done some great work on this as well testing different vegetables from all over the country and finding huge differences in nutrition among common foods.
It’s more than soil depletion of nutrients it’s a switch to salt forms.
@paulsaladinomd What’s most amazing is that it took so long to realize he had an autoimmune disease. One look and you see he has gut issues but millions in tests over years never showed it.
@chelsssseeeea Great to study the region but I couldn’t get past the drawing of borders. Those borders were intentionally drawn to separate tribes and create divisions that would keep the countries unstable and allow for leadership by proxy.
@brianmaierhofer Well, not really true. I just worked for a lady that used her near death experience to cover her unique narcissism and justify treating people poorly
Your first attempt might not be very good, but nobody's early work is good. There will always be a gap between where you are and where you want to be. And the bridge between that gap is courage. The courage to look foolish in the beginning. The courage to show up again when your early work is criticized. The courage to look yourself in the mirror and say, "I realize I'm not good enough yet, but the only way to get better is to keep working on it."
Yes, unfortunately regulating your nervous system is much simpler than you think.
All you need is:
Abundant energy to tackle problems as they arise without dipping into your reserves.
Blood sugar regulation and a relatively healthy immune system.
3-4 stable relationships where you can get support, love, and cover your needs without micromanaging them.
Material conditions that are more or less favorable but not so favorable you gain the unmistakable neuroticism of the well-coddled that have nothing to aspire to.
The skill of maintaining your composure at the edge of panic that can only be achieved through constant practice and exposure.
A potential future that maintains and fulfills all old and new possibilities, its purview aligned with your current trajectory.
An environment that doesn't actively try to humiliate, poison, minimize, or oppress your generation, family, and people.
The awareness and understanding of the tumultuous and everchanging nature of life - developed enough to gain the capacity to swiftly let go of minor disturbances and open loops.
Mind capable of holding things lightly without devaluing their importance at the same time.
A strong sense of self, enough that you can contextualize your existence within the larger arrangement of life and the cycles of life.
And finally, the admission of notknowing and willingness to fill that space with some notion of divine, even if it means a personal and private divine, as long as it expand the narrow window of your perception so that you can step out of your field of vision and see yourself in others as clearly as you see yourself in the mirror.
Magnesium also helps a little.
@FischerKing64 Do you acquire a PHD in order to make this claim?
Or are you just projecting an inner sub conscious belief that you are a worthless piece of shit?
