I hate adding new diagnoses to DSM/ICD- too many dumb ones already.

Also against psych screening bec creates so many false positives.

But 'Postpartum Psychosis' does deserve recognition & screening. Often missed or misdiagnosed- causing great harm/risks to both mother & baby.

3 year old daughter played ‘lockdown’ with me in park. She explained that I should sit on one wooden sleeper (‘your house’) and her on another (‘my house’). “We don’t go to the other house. Stay in your house” #Covid19UK 😓
