I’m 19.
I’ve made multiple 5 figures online from my marketing agency.
But now I’m starting up this account for my SaaS (first one).
The idea came to me 2 weeks ago while I was in Africa.
Every SaaS owner I know talks about using reddit for market research and for getting users.
What if I could somehow automate a way to market on reddit?
Not the normal:
- write posts
- get them viral
- get users from it
I mean automated word of mouth.
Checked it out with a few friends.
They were like “what the fuck I need that”.
So I started building.
Found a Dev who has literally ROY LEE as his client, and partnered up with him.
Now we’re building https://t.co/HGB4NbvJxt (domain ain’t connected yet I think).
Automated word of mouth marketing and social proof.
Genuinely excited for this.
Passion project almost.
So hyped!
Follow along to see the journey (and DM me if you could use this. Will be personally helping a few out for free with the beta in a few days)
Build In Public Day 1
I guess I have to do this now.
Haven’t officially LAUNCHED https://t.co/QU1y8sSsdS yet.
- 33 users
- $0 MRR
I think like 10 are me and my Dev’s test accounts though lol.
They mostly came from us running our own campaigns ON KarmaFlow itself, (it does automated Reddit marketing by dropping comments under fitting posts to promote your product.)
Just added the paywall, so now it’s time to see how long it’ll take to land our first paying user.
Insane to be using my own SaaS to market itself.
Bro @im_roy_lee what happened to the merch drop? 😭
Am I the only one who had the site cooked and shit?
Like ok I get it.
Marketing stunts are your thing.
But come on man I want my hoodie.
Reddit is THE MOST underrated channel for traffic.
Can be selling ANYTHING.
- SaaS
- courses
- some low ticket product
Reddit is THE PLACE TO GO.
People are ASKING to be sold.
Now if only there was a tool to automate Reddit marketing…
