@Wayfair we recently ordered a mattress with a delivery date of 12/3. The delivery date keeps getting extended. I’ve called multiple times and was told it was leaving the warehouse three days ago. I called again today and it hasn’t left the warehouse yet. Please help. Need sleep!

@OptimumHelp just received the worst costumer service for my elderly mother from an Optimum phone technician. @optimum Technician hung up on my mother and told her no one could fix her phone for at least a week. Phone worked fine before getting a new @optimum router and modem.
