Two @WeAreOpenreach guys showed up four hours late yesterday, didn't know what they'd arrived to do, disconnected one connection that was finally working OK (had ordered a new line so there should have been overlap as advised by @Plusnet), and have left us with nothing until 2/7
Stitched up again by @WeAreOpenreach who have left me with no internet with a deadline looming! I'm trying to move from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet who are doing their best but it is ridiculous that telecoms monopoly #OpenReach are allowed to offer such a poor service
