सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 13 जुलाई से लागू रोस्टर के हिसाब से ज्ञानेश कुमार की बेटी और गौतम बुद्ध नगर की DM और ज्ञानेश की बेटी मेधा रूपम के जुर्माने का मामला जस्टिस बी.वी. नागरत्ना की बेंच में सुनवाई के लिए जाना चाहिए था।

यह मामला ऐन मौके पर जस्टिस एस.सी. शर्मा और एन. के. सिंह की बेंच में भेजा गया और वहां से इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के आर्डर को स्टे करवा लिया गया।

यह रोस्टर सीजेआई सूर्यकांत महोदय तय करते हैं। अब आप इनसे उम्मीद करते हैं कि ज्ञानेश को लेकर कोई जनता के पक्ष में फैसला देंगे तो आप बेवकूफ हैं।आज अगर चुनाव आयोग स्वेच्छाचारी है तो इसके जिम्मेदार महोदय भी हैं।

In MP’s Balaghat, 30 Adivasi children have reportedly lost their lives to various illnesses.

Local Adivasi communities believe that bauxite mining in the area may be affecting the health of their children.

I was also told that hospitals were reluctant to conduct proper post-mortems to determine the actual cause of these deaths.

Thirty children have died. Their families deserve to know why.
