You wanting to keep YOUR child from reading a book with a gay main character doesn’t mean you get to decide if MY child can.
Your desire to keep YOUR child from learning ACCURATE black history doesn’t mean MY child doesn’t get to.
And just because YOU’RE offended by Michelangelo‘s work, doesn’t mean MY child shouldn’t see it.
Crying “parents rights” doesn’t mean YOU have the right to parent MY kid. Or ANYONE else’s.
So cut the shit.
Why didn't any of the latest inflation reporting mention that corporate profits just hit a record high?
Corporate profits reached $2.08 TRILLION in the 3rd quarter.
Corporate greed is playing a role in driving up prices — and the media will hardly talk about it.
A company that tries to make sleeping in the office instead of going home part of the culture -- aspirational, even -- is deeply, _deeply_ dysfunctional. This stuff is only OK if you're trying to get astronauts back home safely in a crippled Apollo spacecraft.

What coverage of @JohnFetterman most reveals is news organizations' ignorance of & bias against disabilities. They must work to overcome that just as with their implicit & explicit racism, sexism, & prejudice against LGBTQ+, immigrants... They must learn from Fetterman.

This would be a great week for Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from all cases involving Trump's attempted coup.
His wife Ginni Thomas was directly involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
Recusal should be the absolute minimum.
Just wondering: How loudly did all those who oppose student loan forgiveness complain when the richest Americans were recipients of the $2.5 trillion tax breaks?
