@heartbioportal's data pipeline is now open source as DataHub.

DataHub is a modular framework for ingesting, harmonizing, integrating, and publishing large-scale biomedical datasets, built first for cardiovascular genomics but designed to extend far beyond CVD. It supports heterogeneous source formats, source-specific adapters, canonical modeling, provenance-aware processing, raw-level integration, reproducible workflows, and scalable serving outputs for downstream applications.

Although developed in the HeartBioPortal ecosystem, the architecture is intentionally generalizable to other disease domains and omics settings, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and future multimodal biomedical data platforms.

If you work on biomedical data engineering, scientific data infrastructure, translational bioinformatics, or open-source omics platforms, contributions, feedback, and collaborations are very welcome.
