Si las personas entendieran que mientras más árboles existan, más sombra, más humedad, mas agua, menos calor habrá, entenderian lo IMPORTANTE que es comenzar a cuidar y a reforestar nuestras ciudades!!!
Their argument is basically, "Your groceries are too affordable. Please stop.” If your entire business collapses because somebody sells milk and vegetables cheaper, maybe consumers weren't the problem.
Oh for the love of-
JUST DISMANTLE EVERY AI DATA CENTER IN THE COUNTRY!!
JUST GET RID OF THEM ALREADY!!
IF THEY’RE GONNA KILL US ALL, THEN DESTROY THEM ALREADY!!
Are we forgetting that generative AI is unethically sourced, makes you dumber, harms the environment, and can even create child *orn, among countless other tasteless things?
You SHOULD be mad about it. You SHOULD be loud about it. It is NOT okay.
They took memory cards from us and made us pay for storage. They took CDs and DVDs and made us pay for streaming. They took software you could buy once and turned it into a monthly subscription. They took ownership, convenience, and basically everything that used to be a one-time purchase… then somehow made us pay for it every month.
There is no data center on Earth that's worth the bees, water, and trees.
Data centers don’t actually need water. They need a cooling system and they are using water because it’s the most cheapest way to do it.
Water should be for people before profits.
One of the biggest scams of all time is making ordinary people believe they are responsible for climate change instead of multinational corporations and the militaries that protect them.
It’s so depressing to hear, ‘It would be so hard to ban AI in schools.’
IT IS FOUR. YEARS. OLD!! It was hard launched in 2022 and people are acting so fucking brainless and helpless already. Jesus Christ.
Do yall see how small that print is? Do you see how long this sign is?? Benjamin Netanyahu is a monster and anyone who supports him can go to hell with him!
CALL ME CRAZY but I just think that climate scientists freaking out that our planet is warming faster than expected should be dominating the media cycle
I genuinely don’t understand how we are supposed to casually process that a glacier literally collapsed in Nepal, erasing 19 bridges and killing over 600 people, because the planet is too hot. And instead of stopping it, billionaires are building more data centres. It is completely psychotic.
