Today, I was pleased to welcome the Country Representatives of Denmark, Sweden, and Iceland for a courtesy visit to my office.

We held constructive discussions on expanding strategic partnerships for youth development. Our shared focus remains clear: equipping young Ugandans with the practical skills, resources, and platforms required to build resilient, self-reliant futures.

I want to thank the three diplomatic missions for their continued collaboration and support. International partnerships of this caliber are essential for turning policy goals into real-world progress for our youth.

A 22 year old woman was beaten to death in Iran while in custody of the "morality" police. She had decided not to cover her face with a hijab. This small and personal gesture of individual freedom led to her cruel fate. Her name was #MahsaAmini.
