Law and order starts with a justice system willing to follow the law.

Right now, unelected activist judges are bypassing the Senate confirmation process and undermining the president's constitutional authority to appoint U.S. Attorneys. After the 120-day interim term expires, federal judges are installing their own picks indefinitely. No Senate confirmation. No accountability. No end date.

A judicial power grab being used to override the will of the American people and block President Trump from putting his picks in place to deliver the law and order agenda Americans voted for.

We introduced the No Appointments by Rogue Judges Act to end all of it permanently. Our bill rescinds judicial appointment authority, imposes strict time limits aligned with the Federal Vacancies Reform Act, and restores the confirmation process our Founding Fathers intended where the Senate, not an unelected judge, confirms U.S. Attorneys. No judge should ever be able to bypass the Senate, sideline President Trump, and install their own pick indefinitely.
