@oranicuhh I was abused here, and very close to being held indefinitely for being refused my regular medication / refusing to take their medication (basically just incapacitating sedatives). Still struggle with this experience even a few years later. The abuse was so calculated.

@josspaperhearts @rgay Costume designer here - fast fashion/modern sizing is always awful - I may be “slimmer” but any curve in non stretch fabric (and I have em) means generous alterations. I don’t think I’ve done one show where the garments fit properly off the rack.

@rgay This right here ^ and have options for torso length vs leg length, including short and tall in both categories, as well as weight distribution. This is why I love brands that focus on just one type of clothing - fast fashion kills the “bespoke” designer.
