@jess_neely@Clare_Lut Yes, a job application or even a mock (but serious) interview wld count as scary! Initially thought that would be cheating but maybe not. Maybe it's just a more direct approach to building confidence to apply for a new job.
@Clare_Lut@jess_neely Yes, we did. They included: Ignite talk, solo holiday, taking on sthg new and potentially failing at it. The last one was after talking about comfort zones and left me thinking about the fear of not being good enough.
