Poor product design is really annoying, especially when it could have been avoided so easily.
The fold down tables on the newish @AvantiWestCoast trains have no ridge so when the train turns a bend anything on them goes sliding off. How does something do simple get missed?
@DoorDash_Help Getting pretty annoyed now that your support team are ignoring my emails. Fed up with someone called 'Kayleigh' using my email address to order food from you.
@TfL my husband waited 45 mins at the roundhouse stop for the 393 tonight, and in the end is having to walk home, to N16. 4.5 miles. What kind of service is that?!
@BBCiPlayer Kinda annoying you've removed season 1 of Tokyo vice. I'd watched eps 1-6, and just had 2 left to go. Won't be watching season 2 now as a result. Was removing it intentional or a mistake?
@StokeyUpdates And it's only, what, 16 years or so since it was refurbished with lottery money? It's barely been open at all in the last 5 years. The council consultation on how it could be better used clearly went nowhere. Such a shame.
@TfL I'm afraid not, but it was a 73 going northbound, at Newington Green at about 1.45pm today. Next time I'll get the plate. The black smoke coming out the back of the bus was obvious too. Seems to happen increasingly on 'new' routemasters.
@Arriva_London so many of your buses seem to pump fumes into the bus. I'm sitting on a 73 breathing in noxious fumes. Can't you do something to fix them? This is not an uncommon occurrence.
@LukeTurnerEsq I can't imagine doing that nowadays. I often only got there at midnight too! I lived by Tottenham Court Road for a while and that was a dream, just a 5 min walk home afterwards.
@thamesclippers@TfL Then your staff member should have known which boat it was. Its also impossible to see the side when you're in a big queue. You should display the destination on the screen inside the boat, rather than loads of advertising.
@thamesclippers@tfl how can I make a complaint about our trip on Uber boats today? We got on at London Bridge City pier and asked a member of staff if we were in the correct queue for the westbound 13.48 to Battersea. 1/?
@TfL What I'd like is a refund. By the time we get to battersea it will have cost us Β£50, from London Bridge! So do I talk to them about a refund or you?
@thamesclippers@TfL Why don't the boats display the destination or boat number? They had neither. If they did we would have realised we were not on the right boat.
@thamesclippers@TfL Bankside. Clearly a lot of people were in the same boat (!).
Anyway we've been charged Β£18 each to not get where we wanted to go and only go a few hundred metres. We've now switched to a cab as we're really late.
All because we were given the wrong info by staff.
