Yes, a win is a win. Issue is whether a ruling party within 5 months of coming to power should go through by 9k and 19k votes despite its star vote gatherer campaigning extensively(by his standards) in the constituencies. The virtual warriors may abuse me but they too will know that this was not the margin they wanted.

ఉదయం బ్యాంకులు తెరిచినప్పటి నుంచి కస్టమర్లను డీల్ చేయడంతో పాటు, బ్యాక్ ఎండ్ వర్క్, టార్గెట్లు, కరెన్సీ లెక్కలు చూసుకోవడంలో రోజంతా గడిచిపోతుంది. చాలామంది రాత్రి తొమ్మిది, పది గంటల వరకు కూడా పని చేయాల్సి వస్తుంది. గత పదేళ్లలో డిజిటల్ బ్యాంకింగ్, యూపీఐ లావాదేవీలు గణనీయంగా పెరగడం, ఏటీఎంలు అందుబాటులోకి రావడంతో ఖాతాదారులు శాఖలకు రావడం తగ్గింది. అయినప్పటికీ బ్యాంకు ఉద్యోగుల పనిభారం తగ్గడం లేదు.

బ్యాంక్ ఉద్యోగుల డిమాండ్‌పై కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సానుకూలంగా స్పందించి వారానికి ఐదు రోజుల పని విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాం.
