Everything I needed to know in life, I learned in Kindergarten... Home haircuts, and other tragedies of life. 💖🧸🛸I assure you, I have a pretty good idea...
@ABQJournal Please also consider that unm hospital needs to reevaluate parking for its first responders. 1 nurse died crossing the street trying to be on time for work. Rebuild lomas garage & bridge to accommodate all staff so they have safe, accessible parking instead of gambling on shuttle
@DebHaalandNM For the safety of all New Mexico, please find a way to give the employees of unm hospital accessible, safe parking that does not rely on an inconsistent 20 min shuttle ride or a dangerous 20 min walk crossing traffic, in heat or snow, dark, or near unhoused ppl living in arroyo.
@GovMLG The speeding cameras are bleeding us dry. Please funnel those funds to a new parking garage for the first responders working at unm hospital to keep the whole state healthy. Give them a "Thank you for your service." 20 minute walk or 20+ min on shuttle each way. Unsafe walk.
@nmalerts Join us in advocating to remove the speed cameras on 9900 block of Golf Course Rd. Each ticket is $100 b/c it is a residential block in the middle of a non-residential road. It is inappropriate to be nickel and diming the residents in the area. Should have barrier walls

Lise Meitner was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry 49 times (19 times for Chemistry and 30 times for Physics), but never won. Many people consider this a great injustice, as her colleague Otto Hahn received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for their joint discovery of nuclear fission.

Greetings from Jezero Crater on Mars! 👋This image of my 7-foot (2.1-m) arm was captured by my left Navigation Camera. My arm lets me work as a human geologist would: by holding and using science tools with my hand.

Tina Turner was raw. She was powerful. She was unstoppable. And she was unapologetically herself—speaking and singing her truth through joy and pain; triumph and tragedy. Today we join fans around the world in honoring the Queen of Rock and Roll, and a star whose light will never fade.
