@DrTGupta Did u try changing to a different 035 wire; can use micropuncture sheath without the dilator; remove the 035; put in a Amplatz or another stiffer wire. This usually works

@CardiacConsult Come on guys. Mt.Sinai Cath lab likely has the most experience with Rota on the planet. Every other month a dozen ICs visit Sinai to get trained in RA. They were involved in bringing the next generation of the device. Why shouldn’t they be proud of their work? @adnannadir
