@lufthansa @dr_anks What happens if we are unable to rebook and want a refund ? I am in the same situation from Tenerife to Naples. Connecting Flight from MUC has been cancelled and I don t want to risk and flight there with no solution given previously.

@VodafoneUK 3 days already flagging to have issues with broadband. No internet connection. One of the funniest thing I’ve been told: there is an explosion of wires in my area (NW52AH)! All assuring to call me back. AM the ONLY one calling back. Crap service as usual. Shame on you
