Whatever you do, don't use the word "crap" when chatting with @Lowes customer service. They will delete your long time Gold MyLowes account that has military discount attached to it (during the chat) and tell you that your account never exsisted. Even when you have 15-30 recent order emails to prove otherwise. Many showing that MyLowes rewards were used as payment.
