@pandocruises refusing amendment after death of my father. From October this year to next but P&O would rather keep deposit from a year ago than keep my business. I am a travel agent who will advise clients against booking with a company who offers such little customer service.

@pandocruises absolutely disgusted by P&O treatment of my friend who was due to travel Sat on a Norwegian cruise. Passport 10 year rule denied boarding .P&0 refused any assistance, wouldn’t even refund the drinks package refund or change of date. Leaving a sobbing family 5k down.

Changing my flights from first and last flights to the later option then quoting me huge prices to correct. Staff at call centre ignoring emails and not actioning changes after long calls. Shocked at the appalling CS

@arrive_happy disgraceful service paid up front for fully flexible transfers £159. cancel for clear reasons, they have changed policy since booking , refusing a refund only offering credit. I work in business travel and am on unpaid leave.Not all in this together then! Don’t book

@CPFelbridge So disappointed to receive no reply to my complaint sent 11Dec after a spa day with my daughter. Been a few times before and standards have drastically declined, this visit even included a rusty nail in the pool as well as no facilities working properly
