@broversary @johnniesimo937 @British_Airways nothing at all called customer service to be met with ‘non existent number’ after copying websites multiple times, tweeted them to get a bot that ‘is still learning and doesn’t understand’ it isn’t good enough. heard about a 9am flight tjay is now cancelled no rep nothing

@British_Airways flight was supposed to be at 14:10 after immigration held the plane for hours then for it to break then to be abandoned in the airport dropped at a random hotel with no site of a rep or ba staff no one telling us when we’re going home where tf are u????
