@InPostUK hi, is it normal for a delivery to be marked as attempted when no delivery was attempted (I was home in view of the front door and we have cctv and no calling card left). Also customer service on phone very rude and unhelpful and still not sure if my parcel will come.

@CooperativeBank you just cancelled a chargeback claim because I didn’t provide evidence. It’s an online form with no facility to attach anything! And it says you will request any further info so I’m not sure why it’s necessary to make me start again?!

@AsdaServiceTeam when will I be able to collect my order? Just sat in bury at Edmund’s store for 10 mins before anybody bothered to tell me your system is down. Travelled all the way to store heavily pregnant for no reason.
