My greatest learning throughout our #si401 lectures, is that inclusion is a mindset. It is not a program we set up in schools, nor is it a favour we do for a child. Inclusion is who we are as teachers. I can not thank @fiona_king_ and @logananna11 for instilling this in me.

Our session with @logananna11 on working with SNAs was very informative. SNAs are now called inclusion support assistants according to NCSE. I love this idea as it takes away from labeling the child #si401
