You can rest assured,
Things are already a mess.
Conflict deferred is conflict amplified.
Say your important things.
Speak your needs out loud. Be honest and get them out in the open.
Silence can be a lie too.

None of us knows what God is doing behind the scenes. So be all in, whatever you are doing. You have no idea how He is going to use your experience as preparation for a greater purpose!
When we fall on the grace we receive grace from God, we will give that grace to others in return. Your willingness to let go of bitterness or disappointment lightens you so it’s easier to stand. Bitterness and resentment can serve as weights that will just keep you down.
You don't have control of what thoughts come to your mind, but you can control of how long they stay. "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." 2 Corinthians 10:5
