Discipline is paramount.
Don't tolerate indiscipline.
Don't accommodate people who lack discipline. They will drag your life into a pit.
If someone lacks discipline, he is also disrespectful, not just to himself, but to you.
Nothing exposes a man like a little success. Watch his voice change, his patience shrink, his spending loosen, his old friends become embarrassing, his appetite grow, and his humility become performance. Success does not corrupt people, it exposes true character.
I have always asked people who accuse Coasterians of being lazy: "you want these people to wake up at 6 am, to go where exactly?"
Industrial complex? Dead. Corporate? Nonexistent. Temperature? Hell Celsius. Soil? Acidity. Infrastructure? a rumor.
Wake up at 5 am to go where?

Across the continent, hair was cosmological architecture worn on the head. Kunyoa, in most traditions, was a sign of mourning, defeat, or initiation crisis. Si default.

In 2010, the retired Gurkha soldier was traveling on a train in India when a large gang of armed robbers attacked passengers.
During the chaos, the gang reportedly tried to assault an 18-year-old girl. Most passengers were terrified, but Shrestha intervened alone.
Armed only with his traditional Gurkha kukri knife, he fought the attackers in close combat inside the moving train.
Reports say he killed several gang members and injured others before the attackers finally retreated. Shrestha himself suffered serious injuries during the fight and later required hospital treatment.
What made the story even more powerful was his response afterward. The rescued girl’s family reportedly offered him money and support, but he refused payment, saying protecting innocent people was simply his duty as both a soldier and a human being.
The incident reinforced the global reputation of Gurkhas, Nepalese soldiers famous for bravery, discipline, and loyalty.
"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

Belief is not a magic wand, belief is a contract.
The mind signs it, and then the body, then the schedule, and then the mouth begins to honour it.
YES, YOU CAN.
Believe it.
Wahome Maina, popularly known as Wahome Wa DGL, is a Nakuru-based entrepreneur who built Denisse Group Limited, a thriving cargo and freight business, while recovering from a devastating road accident.
In 2020, Wahome suffered a broken right leg and metal implants that left him bedridden for two years. Before the accident, he worked as a driver for a flower company and began doing small cargo and relocation jobs along his route in 2019, which sparked his dream of owning a transport company.
Even while moving from one hospital to another during treatment, Wahome used his recovery time to plan his business. He created a Facebook page and designed posters online. Once he could walk with a stick, he bought a tuk-tuk with his savings since it was easier to ride with his leg condition.
He started by promoting his services in Nyahururu and took jobs as far as Narok, Limuru, Maral, and Kabarnet. Within a year, he moved from tuk-tuk deliveries to managing trucks and pickups through partners, hired a rider, and secured his first vehicle through asset financing.
He later opened an office in Nakuru town and continues to grow his fleet, turning setbacks into success through determination and smart planning.
One of the most overlooked forms of wealth is having complete ownership of your time.
Waking up and knowing nothing about your day will be decided by someone else is priceless.
Good morning,
WAKE UP!
No one is coming to rescue you.
• Not the government,
• Not your friends,
• Not luck.
The life you want is hidden behind work, sacrifice, discipline, and consistency.
Today is another opportunity to move one step closer.
Get up and go after it.
