Never again would I choose to fly @easyJet - simply the worse experience I have had. Currently sat in what can only be described as a 1*hostel that smells like it has had chain smokers unite conference as they cancelled our flight after waiting in the airport for 5 hours!

@Butlins who’s grand idea, when planning to be “covid safe” was it to clean bumper cars with one dry cloth after every ride, same cloth on every cart - used multiple times. Surely that’s spreading it more? Surely spray or wipes would be better? #commonsenseprevails

@Butlins I sympathise for the fact we have to work to a new norm. However if you can not accommodate your guests adequately you should question if you should be open. No fairground. Broken app. Insane wait times to order a drink. No interaction in shows. Atmosphere is damp!
