Despite repeated complaints about blockage of access road to Anika Essentia society in Sopan Baug, Pune due to railway construction work, no action by PMC/railways. Today, a truck got stuck here, completely blocking movement to the area. Citizens suffer due to official apathy.
- The intellectual warriors do not agree on DSSC Commandant being a rotational vacancy.
- If we cannot agree on a Training related role , there is no chance that we will ever agree on a rotational role for a CDS.

“Appreciation Tweet “
- Today we commence operations with new Kilo routes for helicopters in an around #Mumbai -Pune.
- #Pune boasts of 22 helicopters and can rightly be called as “ Helicopter Capital of India “
- For the past 18 months , we had a core committee which comprised of @AAI_Official officials and pilots from pune.
- I express my deep sense of appreciation to Mr Ajit Verma , Mr Anand Singh and Mr Ashish Rajan from @AAI_Official.
- Our team comprised of Capt Chinmay, Capt Marathe , Capt Vijay and Myself.
- For me the best part of being part of the joint committee was the feeling of “being heard , acknowledged and our challenges accepted “
- As Indian helicopter industry moves into new phase of growth , we move towards inclusion , dialogue and collaboration between Helicopters and AAI.
- This joint effort and the product thereof can be replicated in most parts of the country. There must be a good understanding of helicopter operations and challenges thereof. All stakeholders must come together to discuss, debate and decide on best possible solution.
- Happy to share and contribute in whichever manner deemed fit.
- Safe Flying , Happy Flying and Happy Kilo Routes.

None of the causative factors mentioned here were unknown or unforeseen, either to DGCA or the airline. This almost looks like airline management plotted this coup to force their way & seek concessions after throwing pax under the bus. Shambolic. Heads should roll.
Railway wall construction has eaten up half of approach road to #AnikaEssentia at Sopan Baug. No space for residents to move. No railway officials present to supervise work. Totally left to contractor.
This is Lincholi, just before turning finals on Kedarnath helipad. See the rate at which the valley packs up.....this is played at real speed and not edited.
Let us collectively resolve to avoid such weather traps at all costs, to never push the margins, and to ensure that no crew ever falls victim to this avoidable hazard again.
Respect the weather. Respect the terrain. Fly safe. @nitinwelde
