@easyjet just been informed by text that our flight from Chania to Gatwick is cancelled. They won’t let us out of the airport and no representative have come to talk to us. Many families stuck here with young children and no clue how they will get home. Disgraceful

@easyJet It has been nearly 24 hours of utter chaos with no direct contact from any EasyJet representative. I’m still not convinced that we will actually make it home today

@easyJet After a further 3 hours waiting in the airport with no communication from EasyJet we finally got taken to hotels at about midnight. Rescheduled flight at 12pm today has already need delayed by 3.5 hours

@easyJet I booked another flight with Wizz air for later that night but then they got us all on the plane and said we would be flying after all before changing their minds again. By this time I had already cancelled the new flight so I am still stuck in Greece.

@vjmusicuk @BenThompson53 @easyJet Nope, we sat on the plane for 2 hours but the head count didn’t match up to the numbers on their paperwork so flight couldn’t depart 🙄 another 3 hours waiting in the airport before they took us to hotels

There seems to be no EasyJet representative at all only Chania airport staff who don’t have a clue what is going on

The rest of us have been left outside in 30 degree heat to wait with no offer of water or food even though we have now been being messed around for 2.5 hours
