The biggest barrier I found for mass adoption is how to convert photos/videos from realtors into playable web tours.
You normally need complex equipment and software for this

Fly/Hetzner are just “fancy VMs”, you still need to spend massive amounts of time on the “vm” to setup each thing you mentioned manually.
On CF it takes a few clicks to setup each one, and literally 3 lines of code to bind.
