@ACTFibernet I opted for 75 Mbps plan but the engineer installed a router which can only supply maximum of 35-40 Mbps. Multiple complaints have been raised since 7 days but still have no resolution. Please help urgently on this and help me resolving the issue. @ActfiberC

This is pathetic service response. First of all no response on diagnosis till the very end . How come service center put cost on Customer for their fault or component fault due to which entire phone is not working now.
Please help resolve my phone back working in normal conditn

@OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support @oneplus I gave OP3 for battery replacement when they checked and phone was working.When I received, phone wasn't working and when I gave it back they said it is motherboard issue.Why should customer pay for no fault ?
