बिहार की ख़बर है। ऐसी ही ख़बर यूपी से मिल जाएगी। किसी और राज्य से भी। कई साल से ऐसी ख़बरें छपती हैं और फिर गुम हो जाती हैं। 2018 का साल रहा होगा। अदाणी पूर्ण एनडीटीवी पर जब इस मुद्दे को कवर करना शुरू किया तो कवरेज बंद करना मुश्किल हो गया। कई हफ़्तों पर भर्ती परीक्षा पर प्राइम टाइम करता रहा। दुनिया की सारी ख़बरें छोड़ दी थीं। संख्या तो ठीक से याद नहीं मगर साठ से अधिक प्राइम टाइम किया था। टीवी चैनल के इतिहास में नौकरी सीरीज़ जैसा दूसरा उदाहरण पूरी दुनिया में नहीं मिलेगा। मुसलमानों के ख़िलाफ़ नफ़रत फैलाने के मुद्दे पर गोदी मीडिया ने ज़रूर किया होगा, रिया चक्रवर्ती को अपराधी बनाने का कवरेज हफ्तों चला होगा, जंग का लगातार कवरेज मिलेगा, लेकिन भर्ती परीक्षा को लेकर नहीं। उस समय जंतर-मंतर या झारखंड जैसा आंदोलन नहीं चल रहा था, छात्र जहां प्रदर्शन करते थे, वहां पुलिस लाठियों से खदेड़ देती थी। इस तरह के कितने ही मार्च और लाठी चार्ज के उदाहरण आपको मिल जाएंगे। लेकिन हर रात एक ही विषय पर प्राइम टाइम करना, जानलेवा होता जा रहा था।सरकारों ने कुछ नहीं किया। युवाओं ने धर्म के नाम पर वोट देना बंद नहीं किया। सरकार को लगा कि युवा भर्ती परीक्षा का मुद्दा फालतू का है। अभी भी सरकारें यही समझ रही हैं कि ये युवा धर्म के नाम पर या मुसलमानों से नफरत के नाम पर ही वोट करेंगे, कर सकते हैं, लेकिन जिस तरह से परीक्षा आयोग ने उनका जीवन बर्बाद किया है, वो बर्बादी दिखती रहेगी। 2014 से 2026 आ गया, इतने फर्ज़ी मिशन लांच हुए मगर भर्ती परीक्षा को ठीक करने का फर्ज़ी मिशन भी लांच नहीं हुआ। इस नज़र से देखें तो झारखंड के छात्रों का आंदोलन भविष्य को ठीक करने का आंदोलन है। वे एक परीक्षा से आगे देख रहे हैं। आयोग के भीतर के सडांध को ठीक करना चाहते हैं। इस आंदोलन को बांटने की कोशिश की गई लेकिन छात्र अपने मुद्दे पर टिके हुए हैं। उन्हें पता है कि जब तक यह आयोग ठीक नहीं होगा, परीक्षा को लेकर सरकार राजनीतिक कीमत नहीं चुकाएगी, उसके भीतर यह बात नहीं बैठेगी कि परीक्षा से खिलवाड़ नहीं करना है। किसी अपने को चेयरमैन बनाने या किसी अपने को किसी जुगाड़ से नौकरी में घुसा देने के लालच से करीब भी नहीं जाना है। झारखंड के छात्रों को अपने आंदोलन से यही हासिल करना चाहिए। अख़बारों में ऐसी ख़बरें भरी पड़ी है। यह समस्या इतनी विकराल है कि एक एक परीक्षा की अलग समस्या है, उसे पूरी तथ्यात्मक जानकारी के साथ कवर करना संभव नहीं। यूपी से ही इतनी ख़बरें निकल आएंगी कि संभालना मुश्किल हो जाएगा। राजनीतिक रुप से न भी देखें तो क्या किसी भी आयोग को इस तरह से काम करना चाहिए कि हर छात्र एक पोस्टर लेकर घूम रहा है, चंदा जमा कर मुकदमा लड़ रहा है और परीक्षा है कि होती नहीं, होती है तो साफ-सुथरी नहीं होती। यूपी में एक माइग्रेशन का मुद्दा है। राहुल गांधी की सभा में उसका पोस्टर दिखा। यही इतना टेक्निकल और जटिल है लेकिन छात्रों ने पूरा रिसर्च कर रखा है। इस पर वीडियो है। सब है। तो क्या आयोग के अधिकारियों को नहीं लगा कि छात्रों को बुलाकर पहले ही बात कर लें और इस समस्या को दूर करें। दस हज़ार देकर वोट ख़रीदने से चुनाव जीते जा सकते हैं लेकिन छात्रों की यह समस्या सैलाब बनकर आती रहेगी। सामने जो होगा, वही बह जाएगा।

सूरत के उत्राण रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक महिला तत्काल टिकट के लिए लाइन में खड़ी थी। स्टाफ ने टिकट नहीं दिया। जब उसने शिकायत बुक मांगी तो स्टेशन मास्टर मनोज ने मना कर दिया। महिला ने सबूत के लिए वीडियो बनाना शुरू किया तो स्टेशन मास्टर भड़क गए। फोन छीन लिया, ओर दो-तीन थप्पड़ मारे, गालियाँ दीं और धमकाया – पुलिस बुलाकर जेल भिजवा दूँगा। बाद में जब RPF और रेलवे में शिकायत की महिला ने तो स्टेशन मास्टर का बचाव करते हुए एक हफ्ते का समय मांग लिया गया। एक महिला यात्री अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराने गई और बदले में मारपीट और धमकी मिली। तो उसके मन में व्यवस्था को लेकर क्या भरोसा बचेगा?

Dear @SEBI_India & @NSEIndia @BSEIndia How many times do you expect traders to rebuild their entire business? > December 2020 – 50% leverage removed > March 2021 – 75% leverage removed >September 2021 – 100% leverage removed We adapted. Yes, leverage is a double-edged sword. But thousands of genuine traders with smaller capital were affected. Still, we adapted. > September 2023 – Bank Nifty expiry was shifted from Thursday to Wednesday, while BSE launched Sensex weekly expiry on Friday. Suddenly, we had expiries almost every trading day. Many traders, especially algo and 0-DTE traders, redesigned their entire systems. We adapted. > November 2024 – Weekly expiries of FinNifty, Bank Nifty and other indices were removed. Only Nifty and Sensex weekly expiries remained. Again, thousands of traders had to change their strategies. We adapted. > February 2025 – Expiry-day margin benefit was removed. STBT traders were hit badly. We adapted. > 1st September 2025 – Nifty expiry shifted from Thursday to Tuesday. Again... We adapted. > Jane Street reportedly made billions of dollars from Indian markets over the years. Meanwhile... - Option STT has increased massively over the last few years. - Bid-ask spreads have widened. - Slippage has increased. - Global volatility has increased. - Transaction costs keep rising. We adapted to everything. And now... Closing Auction Session (CAS). Seriously? Every few months there's another structural change. Every few months traders are forced to rebuild their systems. Every few months liquidity takes another hit. You say these changes are for retail investor protection. Then please show us the data. Can you show even one report proving that retail trading losses have actually reduced because of all these interventions? If not, then what exactly are these constant changes achieving? Instead of making markets more efficient, you're making trading more expensive, more complicated, and pushing serious traders towards crypto and international markets. As a full-time trader, my inner soul genuinely cries today seeing the direction our markets are heading. We survived leverage removal. We survived daily expiries. We survived removal of daily expiries. We survived expiry changes. We survived removal of expiry margin benefits. We survived higher STT. We survived wider spreads and slippage. Now we are expected to survive CAS as well? Enough is enough. I request SEBI and the exchanges to reconsider this rule. Before implementing such major structural changes, consult the trading community. There should be proper communication, public discussion, and representation from active traders. I also request every trader to raise their voice through the proper channels. If you genuinely believe these changes are hurting market participants, please send your feedback or complaint to SEBI through its official grievance mechanism. And if anyone from the industry has a direct channel to the exchanges or regulators, please help convey the concerns of the trading community. "आधी रोटी खाएँगे, स्कूल को बचाएँगे!" ये नारे लगा रहे स्कूली बच्चे ही इस देश का असली स्वर्णिम भविष्य हैं। जो बच्चे आज अपने स्कूल बचाने के लिए सड़क पर उतर रहे हैं, वही कल इस देश का भविष्य बचाएँगे। अब चुप रहने का समय बीत चुका है। अपने गाँव, कस्बे और शहर के स्कूल, कॉलेज और विश्वविद्यालयों को बचाने के लिए संगठित होकर आवाज़ उठाइए। शिक्षा पर हर हमला पूरे समाज पर हमला है। देश भर में शिक्षा बचाओ आंदोलन की नई लहर उठ चुकी है। जो भी शिक्षा, विद्यार्थियों और बेहतर भविष्य के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है, उसके साथ खड़े होइए। क्योंकि अगर आज स्कूल नहीं बचेंगे, तो कल सपने भी नहीं बचेंगे।
