Hey @OptimumHelp we have been on the phone with you since YESTERDAY. You cut us off our internet by mistake in the middle of a pandemic and we need internet to do our jobs! We just started our new jobs and in desperate need of our internet restored. We’ve talked to over 10 people
We called on 8/29 to tell you that we will be moving the END OF SEPTEMBER, not the end of billing cycle. And when you did cut us off, you DID NOT send us any notification or confirmation emails saying that. You also WIPED OUT all our account information onsite

@Fly_Norwegian luckily me and some passengers who can’t board the replacement flight to Barcelona and then to London decided to pay out of pocket to get us to Newark for our flight. Absolutely disgusting.
@Fly_Norwegian your airline is absolutely disgusting. You canceled my flight from JFK-London and refuse to let me board the shuttle to my new flight from Newark. Your customer service is rude, and provides no solution to already distressed passengers. Will never fly w you again.
