Is there any legitimate way to speak to a human at @PlayStation @PlayStationUK? I’ve had account issues for 2 weeks, but phone and bot chat are fully automated and won’t connect me to an agent, despite their site saying to speak to agents to handle account recovery.

For a big company it's infuriating that @UberEats is both poor in service, consistently allowing drivers & partners to deliver the wrong thing without consequence, & even poorer in customer service, refusing action despite messing up a whole order and not delivering another.

& to refuse to allow me to speak to a manager or anyone over the phone & since then raise as a formal complaint , or to give me a copy of the chat to escalate. Safe to say they don't care about customers (not to mention the issues I know drivers also have)🙄 @UberEats
