In reading the statistics and examples provided, I did much thinking about the items I buy, and other ways I have inadvertently supported violence against women and girls.

In the 20 or so bridal showers I've attended in my life, this was NEVER part of them. Maybe it was skipped for my gram's sake, or the shower was lame, or the author has a diff take
