@AirEuropa my bag is still in exactly the same position as it was three days ago. Despite me sending the location no one has attempted to find it . I want my luggage back please !

@AirEuropa lost my bag in transit. It had a locator tag and I can see exactly the location. They are telling me they can’t find it despite me telling them I know where it is! Told me I just have to wait for them to find it . IT ISNT A GAME OF HIDE AND SEEK!

@Ryanair still no solution to my issue of a flexi ticket that needed changed. During Covid lockdown no one responded to my request to uncheck a ticket enabling me@to change it. I was forced to buy another to get my 17 year son home safe.
