All you get is it's delayed and no way of getting an update. Christmas party is tomorrow so it'll all have to go back!

@AskNationwide My son believes he's had fraudulent activity on his account. It's says on the website the fraud lines open but when you phone it tells him it's closed. Is it open and if so how do you get through to speak to someone?

@IKEAUKSupport supposed to be getting a delivery today. Trackings not been updated so joined the hour call centre queue this morning to be told it's coming this afternoon (1pm-5pm). It's not arrived and not had any communication. Any ideas when if/ this is coming?
