@AerLingus after 9 days lost, my case finally turned up today - thank you. However, sadly, 3 brand new items of clothing with tags on have been taken from the case! I see from other tweets that this appears commonplace. Please advise on how I claim compensation. I have receipts.

@AerLingus@tasiar20 Same here, apparently my case has made it to Chicago but this was on 31st July. Now 8th Aug, no news on receiving the bag. Aer Lingus tell me to arrange with the airport, airport say they can’t help me. What can I do?
@AerLingus terrible service!You lost my bag on flight to Chicago on 30/7 Then said it was on flight the next day. Now 6 Aug still no bag. Everyone I speak to tells me to call someone else. No one taking responsibility, if you know my bag is in Chicago please just deliver it to me
@AerLingus still not found our lost luggage, now on day 5 of our holiday without our belongings! No response on email, won’t answer the phone line. Only way I get a response is to publicly tweet you. I need some info,you must know something about where the bag was last located.

@AerLingus We completed a contents questionnaire and sent to yourselves. When does this get processed? We also had no reply from this email. Surely someone can tell if the bag left departure airport or is it stuck in connecting airport?
@AXA now on day 5 of our holiday without our lost luggage. I’ve reached out to you numerous times over several platforms and no one is getting back to us. We are in a dire situation here without our belongings and need the support of our travel insurance company yet no one helps.

@AerLingus We have flights booked to Chicago on 28th July. As it currently stands, USA are not allowing Uk residents into the country, if this rule still applies by end of July will we be entitled to a refund on the flight? Thanks
@Ask_DP I returned 2 items from order number 492536684 a pair of shoes and a pair of jeans. Both in the same parcel. I have received a refund for the jeans but not the shoes. Please advise how I chase up this refund as I can’t find phone or email details for you?
@AerLingus I need to change my flight due to go to Chicago on 25th July but Government restrictions won’t allow travel. When I change my flight date can I change destination also without a change fee? Could I fly to Florida instead of Chicago?
@AerLingus I will need to change the date of my flight to Chicago as Government restrictions don’t allow me to travel. Flights for next year are cheaper as out of season. Will I be refunded for the difference?Ideally I want to book July 2021 but this isn’t an option on website
