Has anyone got any methods of effective feedback for mocks that they feel students engage well with? I want to make it so every child has something to work on? #edutwitter
A thing that I’ve noticed lately in education is the presumption that if you don’t have children, your time is less valuable. Surely you’re free to stay late or come in early because you don’t have kids?! This really grates on me…. 😬
@bethanyfay I always thought I’d stay at my bold school forever, and everyone told me I’d go back eventually. Never!!! I have never had so much confidence in myself, and I feel supported which is sooo important! ❤️ it’s hard, but don’t give up!
@sherish_o Wow some comments on your post 😭 I guess we can’t laugh at mistakes now…such a shame. I use sarcasm all the time and generally have a great response - will avoid the twitter police and not post 😂😂
Super focussed today on their first big assessment in history looking at did the Romans civilise Britain. Amazing how these students take anything we throw at them and work so hard! #PROUD#teamheanor@MrsWainwright3 @mrslaurawagg
Amazing work from 7LOW in Miss Hills history lesson yesterday - all becoming experts in their topics of Roman Britain and teaching their peers! #PROUD@HGSAHumanities
Really impressed with the effort year 7 have put into their brand new unit of the Romans in Britain! The enthusiasm and focus has blown me away in their first four weeks! #teamheanor@HGSAHumanities

Slightly nervous to take 120 kids on my first trip at @HeanorGateSC! Covid restrictions, first trip at a new school AND parents evening?! Bring it on #teamheanor#stepup
Such a refreshing hard term - well needed after everything in the last half term! We move again, #stepup happening for #teamheanor - cannot wait to get back at it!
