Thats very biased as it is income post tax. In the French system: healthcare, childcare, cheap higher education, and more is included. A fair assessment would compare between true costs between the two.

We have created a massive K-shaped outcome across the US since early Bush tax cuts. Massive debt now accumulated without enough collected year after year, benefits out of control where we spend more on healthcare yet cant provision universal care

This is when we need civilizational level funding - because it will define the next leading civilization.
