This is my original reference number, but you have done it again yesterday, not yet received that reference. Seems to me you taking extra money in the hope most don’t realise!
Just want answers!!!! When you have a standard response I get replies straight away with standard jargon , when you don’t know how to answer radio silence.

Very disappointed with 10 days turnaround to get my money back, not entirely sure why it should take that long. On the other few occasions where you have taken duplicate payments (still awaiting a response as to why!!) I have had it returned quickly.
