@BellhopMoving I have been talking to customer service, but I had to chase them down to get it initiated and the response is wholly inadequate. I agreed to the policies, but wish I had known the movers would be amateurs with a Penske rental truck asking me to buy straps to secure my furniture.

@SouthwestAir took about 25 minutes to get my luggage from the plane to the carousel… during which they must’ve left it face down in a mud puddle. Every. Single. Thing. in my bags is soaked. Not just damp, but soaked. So pissed.
