The quality of proposed @CommunityNotes is pretty low, and even the published ones have a lot of factual errors and typos.

Why do I have to spend ages rating other people's notes to get approved as a note writer? Why not give me a small SAT-like test instead to prove that I can think and write clearly?

@Pawanjain22 @ianbremmer There is no clear legal concept of a Greenlander either. It typically means Danish citizens living in Greenland.

The only precedent I can think of is Russia offering citizenship to people in occupied Ukrainian territories. It’s unlikely that many Greenlanders would accept that.

It's not as simple. Every Greenlander is a citizen of Denmark. Nearly everyone has some Danish ancestry after centuries of shared history. Many live in Denmark.
