@AmazonHelp Contact the post office? Doing that would provide the same “help” that I seem to receive from @amazon ...a road that ultimately leads nowhere. I think this is a problem that YOUR COMPANY needs to address as i am an AMAZON customer in this situation and not a USPS customer..smh

@amazon strikes again...what is the point of amazon prime if they constantly pass packages off to USPS and they are NEVER delivered on the date which Amazon claims that you will receive them. This is the 5th time in the last few months that this has happened...DO BETTER @amazon
