This is no 'partnership' for our service. Financially, we are forced to sign, even though Core Funding does not offer us viability. So when you see Press Releases, be aware that many services are signing because they will be denied existing funding if they don't. @dcediy

@rodericogorman Minister are you actually serious?? I’ve spent the last 10 TRYING to figure out CF only to realise I will get about a third of what the RR promised. How do I increase wages when my rent etc is JUMPING. I think you need to remove the rose tinted specs
