@slxthkween@eva_kurilova My girls were both teenagers when my parents died, dad six months after my mum. I was 43. You still had 14 years with her, many don’t get that
@dave43law@toryboypierce@kenneth_branagh Of course she wasn’t meant to leave it home alone - don’t be ridiculous! She was meant to leave it at home with a babysitter - that or not go. Theatre is expensive, and far too many of us are experiencing the impact of the utter selfishness of other audience members
@Misswhu42milli1 It used to be a great day. Interviewing the teams on the coaches, the teams releasing a record in the run-up. Have such fond memories of 1980 😭
Our old house has been on Rightmove for a week now but the agent still hasn’t added photos of the inside. I’m so intrigued to see what they’ve done to it since we moved out almost 30 years ago. It’s very frustrating!
@wynrosei You’d either call, which was a pain with a rotary dial phone when the line was always engaged, or go to the venue and queue. Love that it’s so much easier now, although the prices are obviously quite different
@WhatsOnStage Dear Evan Hansen. Conversely, I saw Choir of Man with no context and thought it was dreadful. Still no idea what it was meant to be about - what was the story?
@TheRealJamieKay I do approx 4000 miles a year just driving my husband to his many medical appointments (including 3 dialysis sessions per week), let alone any other car use. Public transport not an option as he has to use a wheelchair. Maybe I’ll get him to use hospital transport instead 🤷♀️
